Inside Sales Rep

Are you passionate about sales, business development and expanding businesses internationally? Do you love to be challenged? If you are highly skilled in sales and competitive, but also a good team player, strategic and highly motivated person, you have just found your place! We are looking to fill an Inside Sales position, your key responsibilities will be:  

  • Database entry and use of CRM: creating and updating activities, accounts, leads and contacts, ensuring perfect data quality 
  • Engagement with Managers and C-level interlocutors: engaging proactively online and offline targeted and planned contacts by phone, email or Social Media, among others, always transmitting Mysphera’s value proposition and generating interest 
  • Account Intelligence: confirming interlocutor’s authority and interest in Mysphera’s product and gathering information (current situation and needs, budget capability, other providers used…) and being able to offer them a solution according to their current problem and situation 
  • Reporting: understanding sales data and reporting sales and campaign results, communicating sales activities and progress on goals  

We are looking for an ambitious, outstanding communicator, result and client-oriented person based in Valencia and willing to be part of Mysphera’s long term expanding project. You must be at least proficient in English, Spanish and/or French. Any previous experience selling healthcare solutions will be considered.

Sales Development Rep

Are you passionate about sales, business development and expanding businesses internationally? Do you love to be challenged? If you are highly skilled in sales and competitive, but also a good team player, strategic and highly motivated person, you have just found your place! We are looking to fill a Sales Development Representative position, your key responsibilities will be: 

  • CRM Management: creating and updating accounts, leads, opportunities and activities, ensuring perfect data quality 
  • Engagement & setting up meetings: planned and direct engagement with assigned accounts and digital nurturing of relationships with leads 
  • Account intelligence and qualification of interest: developing prospect’s understanding of problem and solution, identifying needs and pains of interlocutor and positioning Mysphera as the right solution
  • Supporting Field Sales along the whole sales cycle: scheduling face to face meetings, preparing proposals, following up, negotiating and closing deals
  • Reporting and communication: reviewing weekly and monthly sales activities and progress on goals, interpreting data analysis to help drive sales strategy
