The client, Spanish subsidary of a French-Canadian company dedicated to the distribution and commercialization of aluminum. Due to the repercussions of the financial crisis in Spain in the construction sector, it went from being a large company to a SME.
In addition, the company had staff that performed adminstrative-accounting services at the plant, and needed to reduce costs due to a budget reduction.

We enabled online banking not only for transactions within Spain, but also for the signatories in Italy.
During October, the person who was responsible for the communication between IVC and the headquarters,took medical leave that still continues today, we now assume these jobs with greater vaue added.
Satisfaction with our ability to be proactive, be it in periodic tasks such as recurring payments, addressing suppliers, or monitoring banking activities, which before fell on the back-up person.
The client was able to consdierably lower its administrative costs.
